Unlocking rows
The game begins with part of its potential vertical area unavailable. Feature activity can unlock additional rows, increasing the active reel space. This gives the “High Rise” name a mechanical purpose: the game builds upward rather than keeping a fixed-height array throughout the feature.
Check the installed help screen for the exact trigger thresholds. A partially built display does not show that the feature is close to activating.
Multidirectional Buzzsaws
Buzzsaws are familiar to players of other Huff N’ Puff games, but High Rise changes their movement. Light & Wonder specifically identifies multidirectional Buzzsaws as a first for the series. Their movement can build additional prize potential by affecting more than a single straight path.
This differs from the upgraded Buzzsaw that can lead to the Super Wheel in Huff N’ Even More Puff.
White Hat
The White Hat can trigger an interaction in which the pigs expand the active reel area. Check the installed help screen for exact trigger counts and maximum sizes.
How High Rise differs from the other photographed Huff games
- High Rise: unlocking rows, multidirectional Buzzsaws, and White Hat reel expansion.
- Huff N’ Even More Puff: an upgrade path leading to the Super Wheel and a doubled bonus array.
- Huff N’ Puff Link: linked Hold & Spin play with a bank-wide wheel, Overtime, and Super Jackhammer.
